Hidden Valley Online Booking
Hidden Valley Resort is a family-run resort offering a peaceful, family-fun holiday in picturesque surroundings.
Before you book, please check: Unfortunately we cannot accept twin axle caravans (single axle caravans, motorhomes and tents only), and electric scooters, e-bikes and hoverboards are not permitted on site. Thank you for understanding.
- Booking: Bookings for Caravan and Camping are made online – sites are first come, first served. Advance booking is essential for weekends, high season and bank holidays.
- Minimum and maximum stay: 2-night minimum stay on weekends in June. 3-night minimum stay on Bank Holiday weekends. Maximum stay is 7 nights.
- Payment: Full contact details are required at time of booking. Full payment is required for stays up to 3 nights. For stays longer than 3 nights, a 50% deposit is required and the balance is due on arrival.
- Cancellations: 2-night minimum stay on weekends in June. 3-night minimum stay on Bank Holiday weekends. Maximum stay is 7 nights.
- Check-in and ID: Check-in is from 12 noon and checkout is strictly by 12 noon on the day of departure. Valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence) is required for all adults at check-in. The lead guest named on the booking must be present for the full stay, and their ID must match the booking. Guests without matching ID will be refused check-in with no refund.
- Arrival time: Please arrive before 9 p.m. If you will be arriving late, or a day late, you must email us in writing in advance. If we have not received written notice and the pitch is not occupied by 10 a.m. the following day, it may be re-let with no refund.
- Noise deposit: ALL guests are charged a €50 refundable noise deposit on arrival, taken as a card pre-authorisation (credit or debit card only; cash is not accepted). Bank release times vary and can take up to 4 weeks. We are a family friendly site and we do not tolerate late night disturbances. Don't book our resort if you think you're going to stay up late.
- Pitches and vehicles: Bookings are for the number of guests and vehicles stated at booking. The vehicle registration given at booking must match the vehicle that arrives. Extra vehicles require a car permit (€5 per night) and must park in the main car park. Your booking is for one pitch type for the full stay; if your dates span two pitch types you will need to move part-way through. Touring pitches are for single axle caravans, motorhomes and tents. Tents cannot book hard standing pitches.
- Commercial vehicles and holiday use: Working/commercial vans are not allowed, and working from the resort is not permitted. The resort is strictly for holiday use.
- Electricity: Pitch hook-ups are for normal camping use only and must not be used to charge electric vehicles or e-bikes.
- Visitors: Day visitors must check in at reception, pay the visitor fee or hold a valid Day Pass, and leave by 5pm. Only guests registered on the booking may stay overnight.
- Dogs: Dogs are allowed touring & camping as long as they are kept on a short lead, cleaned up after and supervised by an adult at all times. PLEASE NOTE: Dogs are not allowed onsite for the months of July and August. Certain breeds are not permitted at any time; see our Terms & Conditions for the full list. Assistance dogs are welcome at all times, including in July and August. Please contact us before arrival so we can make any arrangements you need.
- Children: Children must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times while on site.
- Fires and BBQs: Campfires are NOT allowed. Charcoal BBQs only (no timber burning is permitted).

The park offers both hard-standing and grass sites, each with electric, water and grey waste. We also have a tent only area with electric. The modern toilet and shower block is heated and tiled (showers cost €1), and also includes a laundry room and camper's kitchen overlooking the Avonmore river. Bookings begin in October each year for the following season.PLEASE NOTE: Hidden Valley is a quiet, respectable, family-run resort with a strict noise curfew from 10 p.m. We reserve the right to decline or end bookings (including large groups and hen or stag parties) likely to disturb other guests. We DO NOT tolerate any behaviour at any time that disturbs neighbouring families (including, but not limited to, foul language, rowdy behaviour etc.). Theft of Resort or guest property will result in immediate eviction with no refund and may be reported to An Garda Síochána. If you book and you cannot follow the Resort's Rules, then you will be asked to leave with no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
