Lyons Gate Holiday Park is one of Dorset’s hidden holiday gems. Set amongst beautiful woodland and fields with endless country views, it is the place of choice for a tranquil and rejuvenating holiday break. Its location near the famous Cerne Abbas Giant and many ancient villages connected by country walks, as well as stunning, sandy beaches a short drive away, makes it an ideal base for exploring and days out during your stay.

Opening Dates

We open annually from the 2^nd February - 23^rd December.

Booking Arrangements

We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking, with balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Touring & Camping

Our camping and touring park is fully equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay, including a shop, heated showers and toilets, WiFi and more. We also have holiday homes available for hire throughout the year too.

Caravan Holidays

Lyons Gate Holiday Park has caravans that are available to hire for holidays throughout the year. They are a perfect getaway option for a keen angler or family break. The caravans can sleep either 4 or 6 people and consist of one double bedroom, one twin room and a bed that can be made up in the lounge area (6 person sleeper only).
