Important Booking Notice – Please Read Before Continuing

Lyndon Top is a quiet, family-friendly touring and camping park.

We welcome families, couples and individuals seeking a peaceful stay.

We do not accept large group bookings or parties.

A "group" is considered to be:

  • More than two families, or
  • More than two couples, or
  • Multiple bookings made separately but intending to pitch together.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings that do not comply with our park rules.

Respect, Noise & Music Policy

We ask all guests to be courteous and respectful to fellow visitors and neighbouring properties at all times.

  • Music is not permitted anywhere on site at any time.
  • Noise must be kept to an absolute minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Anyone causing a disturbance may be asked to leave the site without refund.

Site Barriers & Vehicle Movements

  • Entrance and exit barriers are closed between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
  • If you need to leave the site during these hours, vehicles must be parked in the Visitors Car Park before the barriers close.
  • Vehicle movements during barrier-closed hours are not permitted within the main park.

Age Requirement

At least one person per booking must be aged 18 or over.

Fair Usage Electric Policy - Applies to All Electric Hook-up Pitches

All electric hook-up pitches are metered.

A fair number of kWh (units of electricity) will be included in your pitch price per night.

This allowance is calculated based on:

  • Average guest usage from UK averages
  • An additional buffer to cover normal daily needs.

Any electricity used above the included allowance will be charged at the same rate that we pay for electricity.

Additional usage will be payable via the Metpow app.

This policy ensures fair and responsible energy use for all guests while keeping pitch prices reasonable.

Site Conduct

Management reserves the right to:

  • Refuse Entry
  • Cancel or amend bookings
  • Reallocate pitches where necessary
  • Ask guests to leave without refund if park rules are not followed
